Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can usually be arranged on request, depending on availability — just let us know ahead of time.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival are fully refundable. Later cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a one-night charge. Group bookings and events may follow a separate policy — this will be confirmed at the time of booking.

For individual room bookings, a deposit isn't usually required but may be requested during peak season. Group events and full-property bookings typically require a partial advance to confirm the date.

On the property

Picnic packages include use of the lawns and seating areas for your group. BBQ & Campfire evenings include grill setup and firewood, with food and drink available to order separately. Karaoke sessions are arranged in the evening on request. Exact inclusions and pricing depend on group size — ask us when you enquire.

Yes — our restaurant & bar is open to day visitors as well as overnight guests. Walk-ins are welcome, though calling ahead is recommended for larger groups.

Well-behaved pets are welcome in outdoor areas — please let us know in advance so we can prepare. Pets in guest rooms are considered on a case-by-case basis; call ahead to confirm.

Yes, free on-site parking is available for all guests, including day visitors joining us for a meal or event.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square and the wider Kathmandu Valley are both a short drive away, making the resort a convenient base for day trips as well as a standalone getaway. Closer by, it's worth visiting the Kailashnath Mahadev Statue in Sanga, Suryabinayak Ganesh Temple, and Doleshwar Mahadev Temple.
